EMPLOYMENT PLUS

The Erasmus+ funded KA2 project EMPLOYMENT PLUS is about building labour market resilience for Europe’s low-skilled and unqualified through targeted vocational guidance practice.

The aim of Erasmus Employment Plus (EEP) is to develop a work-based learning programme for counsellors, as they are a crucial link between low-skilled people and the labour market. This includes the development of new methods, techniques and resources to make vocational guidance fit for the future to support low-skilled adults in the labour market.

The focus will be on developing a new and innovative curriculum for guidance counsellors to support the specific needs of low-skilled people who face significant obstacles to sustainable labour market participation. This will facilitate mutual learning and exchange of good practice between guidance counsellors from different sectors and organisations.

Within the project, Noloc is responsible for developing the module on work-life balance and the train-the-trainer-guide on the whole curriculum. After the project has ended, both the curriculum, the train-the-trainer-guide and the accompanying online learning environment will be freely available for educational providers and individual guidance professionals.

Besides Noloc, partners from the UK, Spain, Austria, Bulgaria and Poland participate in the project, that started in October 2018 and ends in September 2021.
